Who this is for
This workshop is for you when you've been struggling with persisting or recurring pain for over 3 months AND have been checked out by a health professional.
Maybe you have back or neck pain, hip, knee or shoulder pain, or pain in the elbow, hand, ankle, foot (eg plantarfasciitis).
This includes you if you've been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, or have been advised you have degenerative changes in your spine.
You may have already tried many different treatments but without lasting relief.
This is for you if, up til now, you've been told or believed that pain management was your only option.
This is for you if you're curious and motivated to explore the new & evolving science.
This is for you even if you've suffered for many years - perhaps decades - or still have severe symptoms.
